How are you showing up for your business?

Showing up for your business means being present, engaged, and committed to its success.

Checklist incoming!

1. Set clear goals and priorities: Define your business goals and prioritise the actions you need to take to achieve them. Not only create a plan but stick to it.

Get out a pen and paper and start brainstorming!

2. Develop a positive mindset: Believe in yourself and your business. Adopt a positive attitude and stay motivated even when facing challenges.

3. Manage your time effectively: Use your time wisely and focus on tasks that will move your business forward. Avoid distractions and delegate tasks when possible.

Delegation of tasks you dislike and avoid doing would be the best place to start!

4. Stay organised: Keep your business documents, finances, and inventory organised to avoid confusion and maximise efficiency.

5. Invest in your skills and knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Take courses or attend workshops to develop new skills that will help you grow your business.

This could be anything from a better financial tracking system such as xero or hiring a bookkeeper, staying on top of social media trends that help bring you traffic to your page, or even doing a course in social media!

6. Network and build relationships: Attend events, join networking groups, and build relationships with other business owners and industry professionals.

Although there are not many events in our industry (YET!) there are many groups that have ideas, and a community feel to them that you can join.

7. Prioritise customer satisfaction: Focus on providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for your clients. Happy customers will have their renew turned on for that passive income we all love!

Remember, showing up for your business is a continuous process. It requires dedication, hard work, and a willingness to adapt and learn. By consistently putting in the effort to grow and improve your business, you can achieve success and reach your goals.

Adapting and learning whilst having an online platform is important, what worked for one creator won’t always work for another, and what worked for you 12 months ago, may no longer be serving your business.
